We’re getting spooky this week! This week, your content assignment will be all about Halloween. In your post, connect something you’ve learned about the science of happiness to Halloween (e.g., how to accept your spooky negative emotions, but that’s just one idea). But feel free to get creative. Anything that covers a science of happiness topic that fits with the #HalloweenSeason would work for this week.
